Meet Tracey
The human tornado
Tracey is the driving force behind TLC. Shortly after her third child was born, she realized that standard cleaning services fell short. She wanted more than vacuum lines —she wanted a home that truly supported her family’s well-being. With no one else offering this, Tracey decided to create it herself, and thus, The LightHouse Co. was born.
Obsessed with transforming clutter into calm, Tracey’s expertise goes well beyond cleaning. She’s committed to designing homes that are not only functional but also serene. Her mission? To help busy families like hers find that perfect balance where order, peace, and cleanliness come together, allowing homeowners to truly own their home.
When she’s not decluttering your house (or her own), you can hear her on the sidelines at kids sporting events, see her breaking a sweat at the gym, or enjoying a 9 oz. pour somewhere along Grandview Ave.
Meet Abby
The voice of reason
Abby is so excited to be a member of TLC and brings 14 years of teaching experience with her. She taught at Olentangy Liberty High School where she was the head of the Family and Consumer Science Department (AKA: Becky Homecky).
After having twin boys in 2017 she decided to take her talents “In-House” at the Underman Co. to focus on teeing Jay and Tucker up for an epic run.
Abby is a total work horse and lives her life based on the motto “work hard & be nice to people” and brings that to each and every TLC appointment.
When she isn’t helping TLC customers live lighter she enjoys a clean healthy lifestyle filled with family time, staying active with her boys (including their newest furry addition Boogie) + cooking delicious food!
Meet Hallie
The triple checker
Say hello to Hallie, our newest addition to team TLC. Hallie might start off soft-spoken but don’t let that fool you—she’s a powerhouse of dedication and drive. Those closest to her know never to underestimate what she’s capable of and clients have already started to experience this.
After a stint in the corporate world, Hallie found her true calling with TLC and jumped at the chance to join the team as soon as she heard they were expanding.
When she’s not working in your houses, Hallie is all about family, friends, and fun. Whether it’s enjoying family dinners, traveling with her Husband, or taking on tennis matches, she keeps busy with a smile. Look for the 3 LABZ license plate in your driveway—her signature touch representing three beloved fur babies: Stella, Remi, and Moose.
